Rod is the primary broker representing Pinnacle and has been selling Pinnacle’s beautiful homes since the company was founded. Although Rod has worked in many areas of real estate, his specialty is new construction. Rod is able to use his expertise in new construction when working with his clients on finding the home of their dreams. Being a homeowner on Prior Lake, Rod brings an extensive knowledge of the lake to selling real estate, and developing Pinnacle’s future.
Cece works closely with our clients providing them with the highest quality personal attention, from the planning of the project through the completion. Cece has a passion for creating spaces specifically designed for those using them. With a keen sense for understanding her client’s vision, Cece creates a collaborative design process that considers all the details and needs that must be addressed in the design and planning phase of a project.
She carefully listens to client’s needs and draws additional needs and ideas they can’t easily express. She presents clients with numerous options within established budget parameters. Cece eliminates all surprises by clearly communicating how the price goes up or down with each selection. The benefit is that clients can easily see where they can save money on some selections while splurging in other areas all within their overall budget.
Brian founded Pinnacle Homes with his business partners, Cece & Rod in 2010 to meet the demand for high quality residential construction among their growing clientele. An experienced Realtor and General Contractor for over a decade, Brian is not only fluent in the new construction process but actively provides guidance and oversight for clients with pre-existing homes.
Brian’s spirited dedication to quality and excellence begins with blue prints and carries throughout the entire home building process.
